War

CIA reportedly captures bin Laden's son-in-law, an al Qaeda big-wig.
"The Turkish newspaper HJurriyet reported that Ghaith was passing through Jordan, on his way to Kuwait, shortly after leaving Turkey.
The newspaper said that Ghaith was taken into custody more than a month ago at a luxury hotel in Ankara, the Turkish capital. But Turkish officials decided he had not committed any crime in Turkey, and released him, the newspaper reported.
In Ankara, Turkish officials refused to confirm Ghaith's deportation or his capture in Jordan to The Associated Press. In Amman, the Jordanian capital, a security official said he had no information on the CIA arrest in Jordan."
Funny how he can sit in an Ankaran hotel for a month, known by Turkish authorities, but freed, then picked up by the CIA in Jordan, not Turkey. When did the CIA get arrest powers in Jordan? How did it get them? This sounds fishy.
"[Rep Peter] King said Ghaith took part in the Sept. 11, 2001, plot against the World Trade Center and Pentagon."
Then it must be true because no politician would ever lie.

Air Force sells a record amount of weapons overseas, most of which will be used to attack Americans in the future.
"The Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate handled a record $32.9 billion in foreign arms sales last year, fueled by the sale of 84 F-15SA fighter jets to Saudi Arabia, according to Department of Defense officials.
The $29.4 billion fighter jet deal is believed to be the largest export sale the Department of Defense has had, according to Charles E. Taylor, a Defense Security Cooperation Agency spokesman in Arlington, Va.
The agency and the State Department also had a role in the sale, Taylor said."
A criminal conspiracy if I ever saw one.
