Police State

A police officer who chased then killed an unarmed man is fired seven months later, but not charged. This is nuts. The officer claimed he feared for his life. If he true, he should have ended the chase. He was the aggressor.

Just what we need: electrified handcuffs. I never read about people in handcuffs hurting anybody.
