Designers have powerfully ridiculed DRM, which is supposedly a way of enforcing copyright restrictions, by building a chair that self-destructs after eight uses. The video is awesome. This also lampoons the economic fallacy that the destruction of wealth stimulates the economy.
In one of the most ironic stories I've read in a long time, the Pirate Bay claims it is operating out of North Korea. This is one of the most spectacular examples of the conflicts and contradictions government aggression forces upon us.
