Economy

The official unemployment rate dropped to 7.7 percent as 236,000 jobs were created in February, but 130,000 more people dropped out of the job market.

Ohio's unemployment rate jumped from 6.7 to 7 percent.
"The rate is skewed by the fact that 11,000 more people were looking for work in January than in December, jobs agency spokesman Benjamin Johnson said. An increase in job searchers is typical during an economic recovery, he said."
11,000 doesn't seem like enough to skew the numbers much.
