Free kibbles

ECONOMY:

Prediction that silver is going to fall. Maybe in the short term. I hope so. That would be a great buying opportunity.

GLOBAL WARMING:

Chinese plants that make magnets for Britain's wind turbines have poisoned a lake.
"On the outskirts of one of China’s most polluted cities, an old farmer stares despairingly out across an immense lake of bubbling toxic waste covered in black dust. He remembers it as fields of wheat and corn."
Yikes. The greens must not have read Henry Hazlitt's Economics in One Lesson or they might have understood you can't look at only a few effects of a policy for a small time. You have to evaluate all the effects for all time.

FOREIGN POLICIES:

Advice to the Arab and North African revolutionaries: don't imitate the west. Choose freedom over democracy.

MISC:

Hundreds, probably over a thousand, die in Japan from tsunami caused by magnitude 8.9 earthquake, the fifth strongest ever recorded. Moonbats are blaming the nearness of the moon. Prediction that fool would blame earthquake on moon verified.

Online dating for elite college students at supposedly elite universities. Can you imagine the snobfest? The one good thing about this is that many of the pretenders will get slapped down early. Of course, they become politicians so they can take revenge on the rest of us.

More notes on libertarianism in science fiction.
