I hadn't heard about Chinese weapons experts.

Of course the Russians blame the Ukrainian coupmeisters. Unless they did it and are caught, they will benefit. The same is true for the rebels.

And of course Russia edits Wikipedia entry accusing it of willing arming terrorists to shoot down the plane. That's an unfounded accusation at this point.
