Tax and Spend

Republican and Democrat negotiators agree on massive spending bill that undoes many of the sequester non-cuts, but I can't tell anything important from the article except it funds Obamacare. The sequester didn't cut anything but growth, but this article makes it seem like spending is less today than in 2010. I don't believe that's true. Anything bipartisan means you have to cover your wallet with both hands. The deal ends right before the election.
