The FBI has yet to explain why one of their agents murdered an unarmed man being interrogated by the agent and several other police officers about the Boston Marathon bombing.
"The FBI, which has a long track record of exonerating itself in internal inquiries into shootings by agents, has had ample time to investigate Todashev’s death. It’s unclear now what the agency is waiting for."Subtle dig.
Police arrest people who warn about speed traps because warnings cause people to slow down, reducing the revenue the police take in.
"If cops were really motivated by safety rather than money, they’d not only have no issue with what Martin did, they’d emulate what he did. They could use their mere presence to get people to “slow down.” They’d want to be seen. It's always about revenue, never safety. That's why I call them uniformed tax collectors.
If it gets people to “slow down,” isn’t that enough?
The fact is, cops hide behind bushes with their radar guns at the ready in order to make sure you don’t slow down – not before they can issue you a ticket, that is. In a very real sense, they want you to speed – so that they can catch you doing it and make you pay for having done it. Hence all the sneaking around. The unmarked cars. The cops riding incognito in big rigs. The artfully designed cut-outs along almost every Interstate designed specifically to obscure the presence of a cop from approaching traffic."
Letter to editor exposes the lie about the purpose behind red light cameras by proposing the punishment be community service instead of a fine. It'll never happen.
Cops searching Justin Bieber's mansion find lots of drugs out in the open, but don't seize them or arrest him. Imagine if this had happened to you. This is another example of how our two-tiered justice system protects rulers, and, yeah, Bieber is now a ruler. And I know what the fourth amendment says, but cops never obey it for serfs.
