Huber Heights Aquatic center eeks out profit in its "best" year. It's going to take a whole lot of best years in a row to make up for the two years of losses.
"The city pocketing a profit from the aquatic center coincides with a spike in attendance, as a total of 45,094 people visited the facility — an increase from the last two years when attendance dropped to under 30,000 each year."That's about 30 cents profit per visitor. I'm skeptical this is really profit after maintenance in the off season.
