The supposed Iranian deal.
"What we have here is an airtight deal – here is the actual text – one that seems technically unassailable, and is certain to keep the Iranian nuclear program in a box from which it would be next to impossible for Tehran to climb out of without being detected. The Iranians are the other catch. Just because lyingest president in my lifetime said they agreed to this doesn't make it true.
So what’s the catch?
As I said in my last column, the US Congress is the catch, the fly in the ointment that could nix this deal and lead us down the path to another war in the Middle East. Nothing has been signed. What we have is a framework, one that will lead to a fuller agreement in June – if Congress doesn’t step in and stop it."
I agree the Senate won't block this deal if it's real. The Iranians are the fly in the ointment.
Iranians contradict Obama's claims.
Judge Napolitano on Hillary's lawless email server.
"By using her personal email address — @clintonemail.com — she kept her work documents from the government. Concealing government documents from the government when you work for it is a felony, punishable by up to three years in prison and permanent disqualification from holding public office."We can only wish.
"The legal issues in Clinton’s case are all the more curious when one hears Obama’s tepid reaction to this latest scandal. Asked by Bill Plante of CBS News last weekend when he first learned of Clinton’s use of a personal email server instead of the government’s, the president told Plante he learned of it from the media, last week, when the rest of us did. He later had his press secretary state that he did recognize her use of a non-governmental email address, but did not know it was unlawful or unsecured until last week. It's hard to believe this email arrangement wasn't agreed to when she took the job.
Does the White House not know where the president’s emails are coming from and where they are going?"
