Philae transmitted all its science data from comet 67P before the battery ran dead. Hopefully the engineers will be able to get more science from the lander in the future using the small amount of power generated by the solar panel. Superb engineering was crippled by bad science. The amazing engineering done on this mission was based Newtonian physics discovered in the 17th century.
