Blaming James Madison, via the Constitution, for US oligarchy. That's a mistake. Is Madison responsible for Britain's oligarchy? Russia's? China's? Oligarchy is coercive government's natural form. All exist to empower the rich and powerful to legally steal money from everybody else.
