I've been harassed by paid petition pushers many times without them saying they were paid, but only the Libertarian Party gets docked signatures for doing this, keeping Libertarians off the ballot.

They're naive if they really expect to win. They might win, but the odds are against them because the judges work for the same corrupt state as the Secretary of State.
