Here's another bogus headline claiming omega-3 fats don't lower risk of heart disease. But this shows the article baloney:
"The research showed insufficient support for nutritional recommendations by groups such as the American Heart Association that advocate high consumption of polyunsaturated fats like omega-3, found in fish such as salmon, and omega-6, found in corn and sunflower oils, as well as some nuts and seeds. The study appears in today’s Annals of Internal Medicine. "The "... and omega-6..." part ruins it. You can't group the two. They perform opposite functions. This is another bogus Big Pharma attack on supplements.
