Some group called the Montgomery County Agricultural Society, a secret organization meaning it has no web page, voted to sell the Montgomery County Fairgrounds.

This might be the MCAS.

Sounds typical. Rulers try to hide this info so taxpayers can't find out how much of their money funds it. I bet this is a crony organization.
