Article leaks the real motivation behind nuclear negotiations with Iran.

"Iran has agreed to grant United Nations inspectors "managed access" to military sites as part of any deal to curb Iran's nuclear program, a negotiator said Sunday, the Associated Press reported."

So the US can use the UN to spy directly on Iranian military sites in order to better target them in a future war.
