Former state representative wants out of prison before he finishes his three year sentence. Don't they all, but since he was a member of the ruling class, he may get it. Given all the corruption he was involved with, he got a light sentence to begin with.
Justice Department admits NSA "probably" spies on Congressmen. By probably, they mean absolutely. NSA can't blackmail them otherwise.
No admission that they spy on Obama yet, but they do for same reason.
