Study of 225 supposed terrorist attacks in US since 9/11 shows NSA bulk collection of phone records had "no discernible impact on preventing acts of terrorism." That's because the NSA isn't targeting terrorists. It's targeting Americans because the government considers Americans - the victims of their looting - as the real enemy.
