Every now and then, headlines expose the tremendous bias of media owners. In this case, it's the Dayton Daily News:

"Ohio ranks high in the increasing number of farms run by women."

Why do we care? Is this a good thing? A bad thing? The DDN doesn't care. This is about political correctness, not news.
