That makes it sound like health care will be getting cheaper for people in Ohio. Here's the subheadline that nobody ever sees:

"Law’s critics say premiums will spike. Some experts say subsidies will ease price of insurance."

By all accounts, prices in Ohio will jump considerably. That's the story, the opposite of the headline.
