Global Warming and Energy

I've been skeptical of the claims that a solar flair a couple of weeks ago would have wiped out electrical infrastructure on Earth, but those claims have been unchallenged for two weeks. Now they've been debunked by a NASA scientist no less.
"Many readers are asking about a report in the Washington Examiner, which states that a Carrington-class solar storm narrowly missed Earth two weeks ago. There was no Carrington-class solar storm two weeks ago. On the contrary, solar activity was low throughout the month of July."
At least we get some tiny amount of benefit from NASA. Alarmists try to capitalize on anything.

Real world crime data contradicts the recent claim that global warming will create violence. But there hasn't been any global warming for at least 15 years, and the warming over the last 50 years has been so tiny, the real world data doesn't match the global warming fantasy. If the world were to suddenly start heating up, food became scarce, oceans overwhelmed coastal areas, then there's no doubt crime would rise. But it isn't happening. Food will become scarce because government has stolen all our money, not because of global warming.
