The Globe and Mail apologizes for Obama arming Syrian rebels. He didn't want to do it. Others pressured him into doing it. He's not responsible. He's a victim of circumstance.
North Korea's rulers have been proposing talks with US rulers for 60 years. The US has always refused, and it's propagandists have always buried the story. Suddenly the propagandists are reporting the story. I wonder what changed.
