Police State

Apologists for the cop who murdered a 12-year-old boy in Cleveland supposedly because he carried a toy gun say the cops weren't told the gun might be a toy. So what? They had no reason to kill him if the gun had been real. Carrying a gun, toy or real, is not a capitol offense, and cops are not judges, juries and executioners.
