Decades of locking children in prison schools and attacking them for excelling have produced lower IQ scores. Government's control of the food supply and exercise recommendations play a part too. As I keep saying, the progressives have won. Not only are they making everybody except our rulers equally poor, they're making everybody equally dumb.
