The world's billionaire plutocrats continued to win in 2013 as they added $524 billion to their collective net worth.

"The aggregate net worth of the world’s top billionaires stood at $3.7 trillion at the market close on Dec. 31, according to the ranking."

If the feds stole all their money, they could only run the government for a year.
