Owner files suit to stop the Harrison Township from stealing his hotel property and giving it to a Kentucky developer. Everything about this process is corrupt, and it starts with taxation. If not for taxation, there would be a thriving business, maybe not a hotel and maybe with a different owner, but a thriving business nevertheless at this location. Updated.
