Paul Tagliabue paid lip service support to Roger Goodell but the substance of his decision vacated all punishment for players in Saints bounty case. Tagliabue smacked down Napolean Goodell who wants to make himself more important than the game and put bountygate behind the league. Good for him. Sports commissioners should be neither seen nor heard.
