Only the predators stealing the money would consider it a positive. For the victims it's a negative.

Only predators would consider stealing money to be fair. It's not fair for the victims. However I do agree we'll see more of it around here, and our economy will get worse because of it.

While I was in the car today, I heard about another crash on I-75 in the downtown construction zone, but I don't see that report in my DDN feed nor on WHIO, the station on which I heard it.
