In my I-75 article I mentioned that ODOT was learning the value of tolls. That's because the ODOT guys told me the central planners were considering tolls on new roads. They also told me they were considering a toll on the Brent Spence Bridge. The DDN confirms. This is the wave of the future.
I-75 lane flip postponed until tonight or tomorrow or indefinitely. Who knows.
